📋 Description

• Perform ongoing and ad hoc research and analysis related to business performance, data anomalies, and future claims projections • Summarize findings for logical presentation and work with business contacts to develop product and process solutions • Support development and maintenance of the database of past claims for actuarial premium-rate processes for health insurance products • Analyze large amounts of data to identify drivers of business and industry trends • Maintain thorough documentation for process changes and data requests • Complete ad hoc data requests accurately and timely, presenting results clearly and in an organized manner

🎯 Requirements

• Experience retrieving and analyzing data from relational databases using SQL and SAS; Python experience valued • Strong curiosity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail • Interest in and experience leveraging AI technologies and tools • Ability to clearly communicate data-driven findings, trends, and insights • Employment sponsorship is not available for this position • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative/research discipline • 2 years of reporting, data analysis, or similar experience required • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Proficient oral and written communication skills • Accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to solve problems and manage multiple assignments with critical deadlines • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision • Customer-service orientation • Ability to meet schedule deadlines and departmental goals • Ability to maintain professional relationships with vendors and external partners
