📋 Description

• Participate in BCBST’s BlueBridge Internship Program • Gain hands-on experience and professional collaboration in financial accounting and reporting • Perform meaningful work with rotational exposure across financial accounting and reporting teams • Build real-world skills and gain insight into potential professional areas • Work for 12 months from June 2027 through May 2028 • Schedule a minimum of 20 hours per week consistently across the week with flexibility in daily hours

🎯 Requirements

• Active college student at an accredited college or university who has completed a minimum of two years of college • Recent college graduates and students enrolled in a Master's or Doctoral program at an accredited college or university are eligible • Must provide transcripts • Completion of Intermediate I Accounting coursework • Accounting majors preferred • Rising seniors encouraged • Proficiency in Excel preferred • Able to prioritize, work independently, and effectively manage time and resources • Effective written and verbal communication skills • Proficient computer skills and Microsoft Office experience, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Appropriate decision-making skills • GPA of 2.75 or higher • Must not be an active full-time BCBST employee • Minimum 20 hours per week availability
