• Receive and route incoming telephone calls • Connect callers with the appropriate team or individual across all lines of business within BCBST • Address minor issues and complaints • Ensure all customer communication is clearly documented • Answer inbound customer service calls and redirect calls when appropriate • Accurately and quickly route calls to the proper area
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent • 1 year of customer service telephone experience required • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Proficient oral and written communication skills • Proficient interpersonal and organizational skills • Customer service oriented • Previous call center or switchboard experience preferred • Experience in Member Service Administration (MSA) highly preferred • Commercial Operations experience is a plus
