📋 Description

• Partner directly with the Chief Product Officer on important cross-functional questions facing the Product organization • Own initiatives spanning multiple product teams and priorities • Identify gaps, dependencies, and opportunities across teams • Drive alignment among stakeholders with competing priorities and perspectives • Translate strategic goals into concrete plans, milestones, and operating rhythms • Build frameworks, analyses, and recommendations for product and company decisions • Create visibility into key initiatives and surface risks, tradeoffs, and blockers • Improve Product organization planning, communication, and execution • Serve as connective tissue across Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, Operations, and Growth

🎯 Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in a high-performance environment such as Chief of Staff, Venture Capital, Strategy & Operations, Consulting, Product Operations, or early-stage startups • Exceptional problem-solving and structured thinking skills • Bias toward action and a track record of turning ambiguity into momentum • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Comfort operating across teams, functions, and levels of seniority • Ability to influence outcomes without direct authority • Curiosity about products, healthcare, and company building • Strong judgment and an instinct for prioritization • Applicants must be based in the United States • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must not require Solace to sponsor a work permit now or in the future
