📋 Description
• Administers, updates, and maintains complex and specialty provider accounts and files • Communicates with providers on inquiries, invoices, payments and other day-to-day concerns • Ensures accurate and timely loading of provider information • Keying of accurate information into information systems in a timely manner
🎯 Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent • 2 years of experience in a Support function or Customer Service • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
