📋 Description

• Research, book, and manage travel reservations using approved tools and systems • Ensure compliance with client travel policies, supplier rules, and travel industry regulations • Provide travelers with travel options, recommendations, and relevant travel advice • Communicate accurate information on fares, exchanges, refunds, fees, and penalties • Assist with travel documentation and regulatory requirements, including passports, visas, TSA, and DOT guidelines • Respond to customer inquiries accurately, professionally, and in a timely manner • Maintain current knowledge of travel conditions and Media & Entertainment industry trends • Support client programs and company initiatives while delivering exceptional customer service

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in the travel industry, preferably Entertainment Travel experience • Relevant skills in GDS Sabre • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures and processes • Knowledge of Media and Entertainment industry travel processes • Strong verbal and written communication skills in designated languages • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously • Demonstrated professional customer service skills
