📋 Description

• Utilize established and proven project management tools and processes • Plan, analyze, initiate, execute, monitor, and control projects • Manage risks and provide visibility to stakeholders and requesters throughout the project lifecycle • Consider long-term trends and broad business implications for alternatives • Monitor industry best practices and techniques in problem-solving • Bring resolutions to high-impact or cross-functional problems • Document administrative process flows associated with running programs • Analyze program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement • Maintain mastery of technology/software related to operating programs and contribute to enhancements

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success leading medium-complexity projects in travel management operations • Prior experience in a qualified project management role • Good technical skills in GDS • Ability to facilitate and resolve risks, issues, and showstoppers • Ability to concentrate and perform accurately while meeting applicable productivity measures • Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, etc. or equivalent) • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
