📋 Description

• Support Senior Legal Consultants and Legal Innovation Partners in delivering client adoption programs, training sessions, and change management initiatives • Facilitate training webinars, onboarding sessions, and workflow workshops for law firm and legal department users • Assist with training content, adoption guides, workflow documentation, and enablement resources • Monitor client adoption metrics and engagement data, prepare reports, and identify trends • Respond to client enablement inquiries and coordinate with Legal Innovation Partners and the technical team • Develop working knowledge of the NetDocuments platform, AI features, and integration ecosystem • Maintain internal LC/PM playbooks, knowledge base articles, and enablement templates • Build relationships with client legal technology and operations contacts • Travel to client sites and team events as needed

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, legal consulting, or a related field, or a JD with meaningful interest in legal technology and a desire to move into a non-traditional legal career • Working knowledge of AI tools and practical business applications, mainly for legal uses and workflows • Basic familiarity with law firm or in-house legal department operations • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to facilitate meetings, write clear follow-up emails, and present training decks • Organized and detail-oriented; able to manage multiple workstreams and follow through reliably • Curiosity about legal AI and technology • Collaborative and coachable; able to take feedback and ask good questions • Experience with LegalTech platforms, document management systems, or Microsoft 365 is a plus • Ability to travel up to 10% to client sites and team events
