📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Consult customers consistently according to client travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding necessary regulations • Provide industry information, including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries • Respond to requests from current and prospective clients • Serve as the company’s customer-facing representative

🎯 Requirements

• Extensive Travel Agent experience • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Advanced skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Flexibility regarding work schedules, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs • Full-time availability • United States location/work eligibility indicated
