📋 Description

• Search and confirm travel reservations for customers • Provide consultation based on client travel policies • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other necessary regulations • Provide industry information including low fares, exchange costs, and penalties • Review operational processes and commercial relationships and suggest improvements • Maintain, communicate, and expand current knowledge of supported travel industries • Communicate and respond to requests from current and new clients

🎯 Requirements

• Travel agent experience • Relevant skills in GDS Amadeus • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Solid working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Flexibility in scheduling is a core requirement of the role
