📋 Description

• Act as a subject matter expert to ensure accurate, efficient, and compliant completion of assigned processes • Maintain process documentation and work instructions for consistent execution, knowledge sharing, and business continuity • Execute assigned work activities and provide guidance, feedback, and support to team members • Monitor process performance, identify root causes, and recommend solutions and process improvements • Develop and maintain working knowledge of related team processes to provide cross-functional support and coverage • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to support operational goals, service delivery requirements, and client needs • Support ad hoc requests, special projects, testing activities, and continuous improvement initiatives • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, tools, and workflows to drive operational excellence and reduce risk • Manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines, service levels, and quality expectations • Reinforce operational discipline through structured problem solving, consistent documentation, and proactive risk identification

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field • Equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience will be considered • 2–4 years of experience in operations, client delivery, project coordination, reporting support, process improvement, or a related business support function • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to evaluate information, identify issues, and recommend solutions • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently • Commitment to process excellence and ability to identify and implement efficiency and consistency improvements • Ability to self-motivate, work independently, and collaborate with teams and cross-functional partners • Verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to foster positive relationships with internal stakeholders and external clients • Must have work authorization in the Employing Country that does not now or in the future require visa sponsorship • Successful completion of a background check, potentially including education, employment, criminal, sanctions/watch-list, credit, and/or drug checks • Ability to participate in video-on virtual interviews; Alight may require occasional travel to a physical office
