📋 Description

• Influence the performance and profitability of each Waxing the City Franchisee in the assigned territory • Provide consulting and development services to Franchisees • Develop and facilitate strategic initiatives to promote sales growth and profitability • Ensure consistency through education and guidance on in-studio and multi-unit operations • Review territory performance results weekly/monthly by Franchisee • Assess performance gaps, opportunities, and operational needs • Provide recommendations, training, follow-up, and general assistance • Establish action plans to help Franchisees achieve growth potential • Provide written follow-up after visits and monitor execution of action plans • Monitor operational standards and report unacceptable performance • Review local results and adoption of Waxing the City initiatives; create improvement action plans • Represent Franchisee perspectives in developing initiatives, communications, and training • Act as liaison between Franchisees and Corporate • Recommend customized training programs based on studio operations, management practices, and staff development needs • Develop components or complete support systems for the portfolio and enterprise • Advance multiunit growth and performance optimization with franchise partners • Complete other tasks and projects assigned by leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to achieve results in a multi-unit retail/service or franchise environment • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, influence, and inspirational skills • Ability to self-manage while working remotely • Ability to create structure and prioritize work effectively • Flexibility and excellent problem-solving, time management, and administrative skills • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to a dynamic work environment • Capacity to remain calm when challenged and uphold professionalism through conflict • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across phone, email, in-person, and presentation settings • Creative, driven, and self-motivated approach • Experience with Outlook, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel • Ability to travel up to 70% • Valid driver’s license and passport • 3+ years in multi-unit leadership, a franchise business consultant role, or as a small business owner • A bachelor’s degree in business, service, finance, or related field (preferred) • Experience in the salon/spa/waxing industry (preferred) • Cosmetology or Esthetics license (preferred)
