📋 Description

• Establish and maintain compliant federal grant management processes across large-scale or concurrent projects • Develop and improve processes, procedures, templates, and tools for grant administration, monitoring, reporting, and closeout • Collect, validate, organize, and analyze programmatic, financial, and performance data • Coordinate with project teams, finance, program staff, and stakeholders to collect grant data and documentation • Prepare, coordinate, and support federal grant proposals, applications, amendments, progress reports, performance reports, and other deliverables • Interpret federal award requirements, agency guidance, and regulations to maintain compliance • Develop reporting calendars, tracking mechanisms, and workflows for deliverables, deadlines, performance measures, budgets, and compliance • Establish data quality and documentation standards for accurate, complete, audit-ready records • Monitor grant performance and compliance, identify risks, and recommend corrective actions and process improvements • Translate complex federal grant requirements into practical procedures, roles, responsibilities, and controls • Develop dashboards, reports, briefing materials, and tools communicating grant status, performance, expenditures, risks, and reporting requirements • Provide subject-matter expertise and technical assistance throughout the grant lifecycle

🎯 Requirements

• Strong familiarity with the nuances and intricacies of federal grant reporting • Strong experience working closely with client finance teams to gather project spend estimates, invoicing, and other financial reporting • Prior experience creating project data collection methods and reporting requirements • Experience serving as a primary liaison with the PMO • Strong experience with pre- and post-award grant management • Strong understanding of federal reporting guidelines • Familiarity with the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law (BIL) and Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) • Prior experience working on Department of Energy (DOE) projects is a plus
