📋 Description

• Lead consultative conversations to understand customer needs and determine which needs can be met through Guidewire software, services, or ecosystem • Present demonstrations tailored to customer needs, from showcase overviews to functional deep dives, to audiences ranging from front-line personnel to senior executives • Serve as a subject matter expert in the core operations of a Property and Casualty insurer • Identify new platform requirements and work with Product Management to design solutions • Respond in writing to questions and requests for information from analysts and prospects • Support team enablement on new features and deal-related takeaways for ongoing knowledge sharing and best-practice development • Travel 30–40% for the role

🎯 Requirements

• Practical experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter • Knowledge and experience in Property and Casualty Insurance • Persuasive presentation skills and ability to handle tough conversations • Effective and competent writing skills • Ability to work across teams to devise strategies and solutions for deal-specific and broader industry needs • Hunger to learn and constantly improve • Resourceful self-starter who takes initiative and meets tight deadlines • Familiarity with AI platforms and concepts • Experience in Pre-Sales or another customer-facing role • Experience building configurations of policy administration, pricing, and rating systems • Familiarity with enterprise-scale systems and Guidewire’s position in the system landscape • Familiarity with cloud computing and SaaS industry trends • Must pass criminal history and other applicable background checks
