📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to state and local education agency partners • Understand client priorities, assess complex challenges, and develop strategic solutions that improve educational outcomes • Collaborate with stakeholders to provide expert guidance, facilitate problem-solving, and support state and local initiatives advancing teaching and learning across Maryland • Nurture and maintain client relationships for long-term success, focusing on growth and retention • Partner with regional leadership and support state education agencies and school district clients on special education, strategic planning, and data management and use • Lead account and client management efforts by cultivating relationships, aligning solutions with client objectives, driving client retention, and advancing partnership and growth opportunities • Lead multiple client engagements, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines and deliverables, and ensure successful project outcomes • Develop and maintain a statewide growth strategy for Maryland • Present information and respond to questions from project leadership, colleagues, and clients • Recognize areas for improvement and promote and execute collaborative solutions • Conduct research and compose reports, business correspondence, and procedures

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based in Maryland • Bachelor's degree required • Master's degree a plus • 4+ years of related experience in education, healthcare, or consulting • Up to 50% travel required • Creative problem-solving ability and a consultancy mindset • Ability to listen to client needs and align them with PCG's products and services • Ability to present information and respond to questions from project leadership, colleagues, and clients • Commitment to exceptional client service and ability to lead with credibility • Flexible, self-starter possessing intellectual curiosity • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, business teams, and technical colleagues • Ability to move multiple engagements forward while working at a detailed level • Ability to interact with various levels of internal and external staff • Ability to recognize issues and identify solutions • Solid organization and time management skills • Research and project management capabilities • Excellent writing skills, including ability to compose reports, business correspondence, and procedures • Sound judgment in completing tasks and seeking guidance when needed • Demonstrated expertise in MS Office software • PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship
