📋 Description

• Provide training and consultation on ICU Medical’s clinical products, software, and clinical services programs • Participate on a cross-functional team with Project Managers, Nurses, and Pharmacists • Serve as Clinical Nursing Lead while collaborating with Pharmacy, Nursing, IT, Project Management, and Materials Management • Support technology integration of ICU Medical infusion devices with EHR vendors for five-right medication administration at the bedside • Assess current-state clinical workflows and consult on future-state workflows • Plan, execute, and follow up on education for hospital clinicians using infusion devices • Escalate risks and customer issues to the project manager • Provide go-live and post-go-live customer-facing support for ICU Medical products and solutions • Present to varied audiences and in varied settings • Act as Clinical Subject Matter Expert for internal and external customers • Perform other duties as assigned

🎯 Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Nursing, is required • Current US RN license required • Minimum of 7+ recent years of RN experience, preferably in oncology, trauma, emergency department, or critical care • Prior leadership role in nursing highly desirable • Experience with infusion systems, safety software, or EMR is a plus • Experience leading or participating in virtual meetings is desirable • Self-motivated and well-organized, with ability to work under time-sensitive deadlines • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint • Knowledge of leading web-based meetings highly preferred • Analytical skills and knowledge of statistics desired • Ability to travel 20–50% of the time • Ability to work in a professional office environment and use standard office equipment
