📋 Description

• Provide high-touch service to key client travelers • Handle incoming requests accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and other channels • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers • Provide active travel consultation, travel details, and upsell related products • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm customer travel reservations • Apply client travel policies and guide customers consistently • Fulfill requests involving DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Apply travel supplier rules • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Strong skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Flexibility regarding work schedules, including potential day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts • Ability to work Wednesday to Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT
