📋 Description

• Conduct needs assessments to review existing career progression materials and practices • Analyze current career progression frameworks and processes • Obtain stakeholder insights through focus groups, interviews, or surveys • Analyze data using statistical methods to evaluate and improve organizational effectiveness • Conduct benchmarking and identify best practices • Recommend and develop career progression models based on needs assessments • Develop implementation strategies, roadmaps, and tools • Create reports and briefings to present to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, public policy, HR, or related field • 8+ years in workforce analysis, HR consulting, or law enforcement projects • Must have or be able to obtain and maintain a top-secret security clearance • Must be a U.S. citizen • Proficiency in designing studies, collecting data, and applying statistical analysis to understand workforce issues and develop solutions • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to interpret complex data and use it to make informed decisions about HR policies, employee training, and organizational development • Familiarity with statistical software such as SPSS, R, or SAS and computer applications used in data analysis and report generation • Ability to work and communicate with different levels of staff and management • Additional licensures, certifications, or training in specific assessment tools, statistical software, or methodologies relevant to industrial and organizational psychology is a plus
