📋 Description

• Provide high-touch service to key client travelers • Handle incoming requests accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and other channels • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers • Provide active travel consultation, including travel details and upselling related products • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm travel reservations • Apply client travel policies to guide and consult customers • Fulfill requests regarding DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Apply travel supplier rules • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Strong skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Ability to work flexible schedules, including day, evening, overnight, weekend, and holiday shifts as determined by business needs • Ability to work in the United States
