📋 Description

• Perform high-touch service excellence for key client travelers • Handle incoming travel requests accurately and efficiently via phone, email, and other channels • Serve as the primary point of contact for executive-level travelers • Provide active travel consultation, including travel details and up-selling related products • Use BCD Travel tools and systems to complete requests • Search and confirm travel reservations • Interpret client travel policies and guide customers accordingly • Fulfill requests involving DOT, TSA, passports, visas, and other regulations • Apply travel supplier rules • Maintain, communicate, and expand knowledge of supported travel industries • Accommodate operational needs through schedule changes when required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in VIP travel • Working knowledge of the travel industry, policies, procedures, and processes • Strong skills in GDS Sabre • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English • Flexibility in scheduling is a core requirement
