📋 Description

• Perform a full cycle accounting close • Produce timely and accurate monthly financial statements • Review the offshore team's work • Lead client calls • Manage client budgets • Reconciliations and accrual journal entries • Update financial models and cash forecasts with actuals • Manage accounting activities • Accounts Receivable (invoicing, collections) • Accounts Payable (processing bills, set up vendors) • Payroll reconciliation • Sales orders • Purchase orders • Inventory (landed costs) • Demonstrate a strong accounting background and knowledge of US GAAP Revenue Recognition (ASC606) • Assist with tax process and maintain compliance with government agencies (working with tax partners)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • Concentration in Accounting or Finance preferred • 7+ years of applicable experience • Strong knowledge of US GAAP, accounting theory, principles, and practices • Big 4 or national public accounting experience a plus • Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, sum-if formulas, etc.) • Strong communication skills • Strong time management skills
