📋 Description

• Provide education on Advanced Patient Monitoring products through intra-operative case coverage • Coordinate one-on-one ad hoc training sessions and in-service education programs in ICU, OR, and other acute care areas • Provide physicians and medical staff with clinical instructions and technical support throughout the continuum of care • Anticipate obstacles and plan for smooth execution • Advocate with clinicians to identify opportunities to expand use of Advanced Patient Monitoring products • Identify and train hospital staff members to act as designated guides on BD products • Collaborate with sales representatives and managers to implement strategic territory plans • Validate software and hardware updates in the field as applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of previous clinical experience in an acute care environment • Associate's degree in Nursing or clinical field required • Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, cardiovascular anatomy, pathology and physiology • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to travel as needed • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Critical Care and/or Cardiac Clinical Experience - TVC, CV ICU or CV OR nursing experience highly preferred • Licensed as a Registered Nurse • Strong understanding of hemodynamic monitoring • Experience in a clinical or sales role within a Medical Device company • Confirmed proficiency presenting in front of other groups • Shown leadership progressing within the Nursing field • Proven ability to inspire change within their hospital/organization
