📋 Description

• Serve as study and project manager for moderate- to high-complexity studies from protocol development through study conduct and closeout • Develop and author clinical research protocols aligned with study objectives, regulatory requirements, and scientific standards • Manage essential study documents and maintain the trial master file • Support approvals and lead final study reporting and closeout activities for complex trials • Train and manage CRA teams to ensure high-quality monitoring • Oversee external vendors, including CROs and laboratories, to maintain performance and compliance • Lead budget and timeline development with core teams • Oversee site selection and training • Ensure efficient study execution and status reporting • Collaborate with clinical data management and biostatistics teams to design case report forms, support data cleaning, and contribute to accurate study analysis • Conduct work in compliance with Good Clinical Practices and national and local regulations

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree required • Minimum 3 years of recent experience in clinical study management with pharmaceutical, device, or CRO company • Project management skills, including use of a formal process and system for planning and tracking ongoing progress of clinical projects • Vendor management experience required • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 30% of the time, US and internationally • Knowledge and experience of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and ICH requirements required • Education and experience sufficient to contribute within local work unit with limited supervision
