• Drive sales growth and market share within a defined Mid-Atlantic territory • Manage key customer relationships and implement commercial strategies for Davol, Inc.'s medical device portfolio • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales quotas for plastic surgery products • Cultivate relationships with key opinion leaders, plastic surgeons, practice managers, and healthcare professionals • Identify new business opportunities and expand market penetration • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and in-service training • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs • Manage and negotiate customer contracts • Provide accurate sales forecasts and report sales performance to leadership • Attend and represent Davol at industry conferences, trade shows, and professional meetings • Collaborate with marketing, clinical education, and customer service teams • Maintain knowledge of product portfolio, clinical applications, and competitive landscape • Adhere to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing, or a related scientific field • Minimum of 5 years of successful Surgical Device sales experience • Strong preference for experience in plastic surgery, aesthetics, or reconstructive surgery • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and growing market share • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships at all levels • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software • Willingness to travel extensively within the Mid-Atlantic region, up to 75% • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record
