📋 Description

• Serve as the primary owner and technical authority for Salesforce DevOps practices, processes, tools, and release management • Administer, configure, maintain, and optimize Copado • Design, implement, and improve CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce clouds and integrations • Manage deployment workflows across multiple Salesforce organizations, environments, and release streams • Define release governance, deployment standards, branching strategies, code promotion processes, and DevOps best practices • Partner with development, administration, architecture, QA, infrastructure, security, product, and business teams • Support daily deployment, environment management, source control, release planning, and production support requests • Develop a long-term Salesforce DevOps maturity and automation roadmap • Drive continuous improvement to increase deployment reliability, reduce manual effort, and improve developer productivity • Administer source code repositories using Azure DevOps and related tools • Establish environment management strategies, release schedules, deployment runbooks, and operational procedures • Monitor deployment performance, platform health, release quality, and DevOps metrics • Troubleshoot deployment issues, environment conflicts, source control challenges, and pipeline failures • Evaluate technologies and platform capabilities to improve software delivery and operational effectiveness • Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance on DevOps, release management, and CI/CD • Participate in production releases, rehearsals, maintenance, and after-hours deployments • Ensure compliance with security, audit, change management, and regulatory requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience • 8+ years of experience in software development, DevOps engineering, release engineering, or application lifecycle management • 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce platform experience supporting enterprise-scale implementations • Expert-level experience administering and implementing Copado in complex Salesforce environments • Expert knowledge of Salesforce deployment methodologies, metadata management, environment strategies, and release management • Advanced experience with Salesforce Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud • Strong experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud deployment and release workflows • Expert knowledge of Azure DevOps repositories, branching strategies, pull requests, and source control management • Deep understanding of SDLC methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, DevOps, and release governance • Experience managing CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments, teams, and platforms • Strong understanding of Git source control, branching models, merge strategies, and version management • Experience developing DevOps roadmaps and continuous improvement initiatives • Experience working across technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders • Ability to participate in after-hours deployments, production support, and release activities • Preferred: Salesforce certifications, Copado certifications, regulated or healthcare environment experience, enterprise integrations, Azure services, infrastructure automation, DevOps maturity models, and release metrics
