β’ Build and strengthen relationships with equipment vendors, dealers, manufacturers, and distributors nationwide; β’ Spend significant time in the field visiting partners and acting as the face of Beacon Funding; β’ Develop and execute territory plans that maximize in-person meetings and relationship depth; β’ Re-engage existing Beacon partners to increase visibility and engagement; β’ Identify and pursue new vendor relationships that generate consistent deal flow; β’ Attend industry events, meetings, and trade shows as needed; β’ Collaborate with internal sales and credit teams to transition opportunities smoothly;
β’ 2+ years of outside, territory-based B2B sales experience β’ Proven success managing national or multi-state territories β’ Strong time management, organization, and self-discipline β’ Comfortable initiating conversations and building rapport quickly β’ Willingness to travel frequently with overnight stays β’ Financial or equipment-related sales experience helpful but not required β’ Four-year college degree preferred or equivalent experience
