📋 Description

• Manage the full lifecycle of internal projects, including onboarding a managed service for customer service ticket triaging • Coordinate process changes and efficiency improvements in Cyber Services’ Zendesk ticketing platform • Lead client journey workflow design and improvements • Lead project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure activities • Develop and maintain project schedules, work plans, milestones, and deliverables • Monitor project risks, dependencies, issues, and change requests • Facilitate internal status meetings and provide regular status reporting • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget • Build relationships with Cyber Services leadership, consultants, technical teams, and internal stakeholders • Coordinate communication between business and technical stakeholders • Prepare executive reporting, dashboards, and portfolio updates • Escalate risks and issues while driving resolution • Produce project status reports and support operational, business, and leadership reviews • Ensure compliance with internal governance standards and business requirements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Cyber security, Project Management, or related field • 5+ years of project management or PMO experience • Experience supporting cyber security, technology, consulting, or professional services engagements • Strong understanding of project management methodologies and governance frameworks • Experience with project management platforms such as Scoro, OpenAir, Jira, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project • Exceptional organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Preferred: PMP, CAPM, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum certification • Preferred: Experience within Managed Detection & Response (MDR), Incident Response, Security Consulting, or Cyber Resilience services • Preferred: Knowledge of cyber security frameworks such as NIST, CIS, ISO 27001, or SOC • Preferred: Experience with professional services financial management, forecasting, and utilization reporting
