📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment using technology to expand access to care • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Complete comprehensive assessments • Provide approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Serve patients across the lifespan through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Work Monday through Friday on a 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm Central Time shift

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Ability and willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
