📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment through technology to expand access to care • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • See approximately 30 client-care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Work with patients with chronic severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment planning • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current full/independent clinical licensure • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
