📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient clinical services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Provide mental health treatment using telehealth technology • Work with patients across the lifespan through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Use diagnosis knowledge, treatment planning, and comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Work with patients with chronic severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or applicable independent clinical licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, approximately six clients per day • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
