📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient therapy services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment through technology to improve access to care • See patients across the lifespan, including Medicaid and Medicare patients • Complete 30 client-care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Work Monday–Friday on a 9am–6pm or 10am–7pm Central Time schedule • Participate in the application questionnaire and recruiter interview process

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Must be willing to obtain additional state licenses as required
