📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Provide care through partnerships with commercial health plans and as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve goals • Support Brave Health's expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Fully/independently licensed in at least one state • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
