📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan • Conduct mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Develop treatment plans • Use comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve goals • Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent clinical licensure, including LCSW or another listed behavioral-health credential • Willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
