📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Partner with clients to achieve goals • Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment planning • Diagnose or address mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Conduct approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Fully/independently licensed in at least one state • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Clinical experience with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
