📋 Description

• Provide outpatient mental health services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan • Partner with commercial health plans and serve Medicaid and Medicare patients • Conduct approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Diagnose or support treatment of mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Create treatment plans • Perform comprehensive assessments • Work in partnership with clients to achieve their goals • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable utilizing telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed in at least one state • LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPCC, LCPC, LPC, LISW, or other applicable credential • Experience with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Ability and willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week
