📋 Description

• Provide outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan • Partner with commercial health plans and provide care as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider • Conduct approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Work with patients who may have chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Complete comprehensive assessments and treatment planning • Use telehealth, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day • Collaborate with clients to achieve treatment goals • Obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets when required

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current full/independent clinical licensure • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required • Willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week
