📋 Description

• Provide outpatient therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Provide mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Use technology, telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day • Diagnose and assess mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Complete comprehensive assessments • Complete approximately 30 client-care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Provide care for patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Unable to support temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent clinical licensure/credential (including LCSW or equivalent listed credentials) • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
