📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Provide compassionate, high-quality care through telehealth • Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to inform care • Develop treatment plans • Use comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Utilize telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Work with patients with chronic severe mental illnesses such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Support expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current independent clinical licensure, including LCSW or an equivalent credential • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
