📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Work Monday through Friday on a 9am-6pm or 10am-7pm CT schedule • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Partner with clients to achieve treatment goals • Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop treatment plans • Support Brave Health's expansion into new markets by obtaining additional state licenses when required

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfort using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current full/independent clinical licensure, including LCSW or equivalent credential • Willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
