📋 Description

• Provide outpatient clinical therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment remotely from a home workspace • Diagnose and address mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Serve patients across the lifespan through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Unable to support employment authorization tied to temporary or employer-dependent visa statuses • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed in a relevant state • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
