📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health’s telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment using technology to expand access to care • Provide care to patients across the lifespan • Conduct approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses to inform care • Develop treatment plans • Use comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Provide care through telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Obtain additional state licenses as needed to support expansion into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Ability and willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Current full/independent clinical licensure
