📋 Description

• Provide outpatient clinical services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate mental health treatment to patients across the lifespan • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day • Diagnose or support diagnosis of mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve goals • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Provide approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Treat patients with chronic severe mental illness, including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Collaborate with the clinical and recruiting teams throughout the application and placement process

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Current full/independent clinical licensure • Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
