📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan • Provide care through partnerships with commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Use mental health and/or substance abuse diagnoses, treatment planning, comprehensive assessments, and client goal-setting • Deliver patient care using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets • Participate in the application process, including a post-application questionnaire and recruiter discussion

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English • Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed in the applicable state(s)
