📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Provide compassionate, high-quality mental health care • Deliver mental health treatment through technology to expand access • Serve patients across the lifespan • Work with commercial health plans and as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging six clients per day • Work Monday through Friday on a set schedule of 9am–6pm, 10am–7pm, or 11am–8pm EST • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Ongoing, unrestricted U.S. work authorization without reliance on visa sponsorship or renewal • Private work-from-home space suitable for patient safety and HIPAA requirements • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
