📋 Description

• Provide clinical supervision to at least six resident clinicians • Provide weekly group supervision • Provide individual supervision to each resident clinician for every 10 clinical hours • Maintain a clinical caseload and conduct telehealth and face-to-face sessions with patients in Illinois • Provide at least 10 hours of client availability per week • Provide documentation oversight • Coach resident clinicians on professional and clinical development • Complete weekly documentation evidencing supervision sessions • Complete coaching documentation for disciplinary or performance concerns • Collaborate with the Regional Clinical Director regarding performance issues • Provide compassionate, evidence-based mental health care • Use telehealth and EHR technology in clinical work

🎯 Requirements

• Must be credentialed or willing to be credentialed at the relevant location with LCPC or LCSW license type • Must be independently licensed and permanently reside in Illinois • LCPC or LCSW required • Must be consistently available to clients • Behavioral health generalist open to treating couples and children • Comfortable working with telehealth and EHR tools • Provision of supervision to a minimum of six resident clinicians • Minimum of 7 hours/week of supervision, varying with resident caseload size • Willingness to maintain a clinical caseload with at least 10 hours of availability per week • Willingness to provide documentation oversight • Completion of weekly supervision documentation • Completion of coaching documentation regarding disciplinary or performance concerns • LCPC supervisors must meet the qualifications under 68 Ill. Admin. Code 1375.130 • LCSW supervisors must meet the qualifications under 68 Ill. Admin. Code 1470.20 • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States at the time of hire • Position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship
