📋 Description

• Provide direct behavioral health care to patients ages 6 and older • Dedicate approximately 50% of time to clinical care and 50% to clinical supervision • Provide clinical supervision, coaching, and guidance to behavioral health clinicians • Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans • Deliver evidence-based behavioral health interventions • Complete risk assessments, safety planning, and clinical documentation • Collaborate with providers in an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare system • Support high-quality care for patients with general mental health conditions • Conduct 90-minute initial visits and 30–40-minute follow-up visits based on clinician discretion and patient age/acuity • Work Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, primarily during PST; provide later Thursday availability as preferred

🎯 Requirements

• Active LCSW license in the state of California is required • Completion of the California BBS Supervisor Training Course is required • Previous clinical supervision experience preferred • Experience and willingness to provide both clinical supervision and direct patient care • Full-time availability for 40 hours per week, Monday–Friday • Experience and willingness to treat patients ages 6+ • Experience treating a broad range of mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, adjustment disorders, bipolar disorder, OCD, ADHD, and related diagnoses • Experience working collaboratively within an integrated healthcare environment preferred • Experience providing behavioral health services across a range of general mental health diagnoses • Ability to provide effective clinical supervision, coaching, and professional guidance to behavioral health clinicians • Strong communication and collaboration skills within an integrated, multidisciplinary healthcare team • Ability to assess patient needs, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide evidence-based behavioral health interventions • Ability to complete risk assessments, safety planning, and clinical documentation • Strong clinical judgment and ability to adapt treatment approaches based on patient age, presentation, and acuity • Must reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory • OCHIN Epic EMR experience/knowledge
