📋 Description

• Provide comprehensive behavioral health for common primary-care conditions including depression, anxiety, ADD, and conduct disorders through a virtual primary-care collaborative teletherapy model • Perform psychosocial assessments compliant with evidence-based practices • Provide counseling and therapy using evidence-based treatment modalities • Work as an individual, family, and group therapist • Complete biopsychosocial assessments, treatment planning, implementation, documentation, and paperwork promptly • Work closely with patients, families, and the team to overcome treatment obstacles • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures • Demonstrate cultural competency and commitment • Respond quickly to urgent or emergent needs • Maintain a caseload of 15–20 patients weekly and a minimum of 5 patients daily

🎯 Requirements

• New York and/or New Jersey clinical social work license required • Medicaid Provider Number required • Master’s Degree in Social Work required • Minimum of 3000 hours of post-Master’s social work qualifying for licensure • Experience with pediatric and adolescent patients required • Knowledge of medical terminology • Exceptional interpersonal skills • Deep understanding of the psychosocial aspects of illness and health • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Excellent short-term counseling skills • Maintain professional development as required by licensing board
