📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan • Provide care as a licensed Medicaid and Medicare provider and partner with commercial health plans • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Use telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools throughout the day • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Support access to mental health treatment through technology • Obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages is a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning skills • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Independent/full licensure in a state • Ability and willingness to obtain additional state licenses as needed • Ability to complete 30 client care hours per week (approximately 6 clients per day) • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
