📋 Description

• Provide full-time outpatient clinical therapy services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver mental health treatment directly to patients through technology-enabled care • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Provide care to patients across the lifespan through commercial health plans, Medicaid, and Medicare • Complete approximately 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Potentially obtain additional state licenses as Brave Health expands into new markets

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Work-from-home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Currently fully/independently licensed in applicable state(s) • Comfortable completing 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder
