📋 Description

• Provide outpatient services through Brave Health's telehealth program • Deliver compassionate, high-quality mental health care to patients across the lifespan • Partner with commercial health plans and serve Medicaid and Medicare patients • Diagnose mental health and/or substance abuse conditions • Develop treatment plans • Conduct comprehensive assessments • Partner with clients to achieve their goals • Provide care using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Participate in the application process, including completing a post-application questionnaire and working with a senior recruiter if mutually suitable

🎯 Requirements

• Master's level degree and licensure • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States without employer sponsorship now or in the future • Private work-from-home space for patient safety and HIPAA purposes • Fluency in English; Spanish preferred • Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis • Treatment planning • Comfortable using telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools • Experience partnering with clients to achieve goals • Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments • Experience working with patients with chronic severe mental illness such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, or schizoaffective disorder • Ability and willingness to complete 30 client care hours per week, averaging 6 clients per day • Willingness to obtain additional state licenses as required
